i finished the hex quest, until the last scene where drifter do his duviri magic slam thing and we're back to normalcy

before i went to sleep, my quets marker shows 1999 epilogue or something that says 15 min quest

i went to sleep cuz it was late, and now i woke up the quest is missing, wtf ?

you have to get max relationship with everyone from Hex to finish epilogue

Not max, just enough to get the 1 second cutscene after completing a chat or giving a gift. It became possible as of the latest daily reset.

I was the same as you. Went to sleep, woke up, and the 15 minutes long epilogue was gone. It got patched. Was not as intended.

Do one bounty per each npc per irl day, finish their conversations each day, send a gift each day and you will have the finale unlocked super fast. It's based on their like rating.

You don't even need to send gifts or do bounties for all of them. I did gifts only for one, I skipped some bounties except the same one. And they all ticked into "Likes you" in the same day. So just chat to them and advance the reputation with the Hex a little bit.
