warframe 1999 how to start?

if i install i no more have base game of warframe?
imean i want try 1999, how?
if i install this, and launch game i will find base warframe inside my ship, and choose mission to some planet,
or i can jump directly to 1999?

It's a quest. It starts like any other quest. If you're brand new and haven't played before, I'm assuming that the previous quests are pre-requisites. Go to your Codex in your Orbiter and I think you can check there if it mentions another specific quest as a pre-requisite.

I think you need to do Whispers in the Walls, Lotus Eaters and Duviri Paradox, and their prerequisites. (if any)

Warframe 1999 is just a continuation of Warframe's existing main story line, which comes with it's own syndicate, items and missions. It's in essence nothing more than a new content update.

In order to be able to engage with the new content that the update provided, you are required to complete every single main story related quest that was released before the 1999 update was released. As someone else already pointed out, you can find your progression and the ability to start these main story quests at the Codex terminal in your Orbiter.

Absolute minimum is probably around 100 hours. Much more realistic is probably around 300.

Warframe's been around long before new content came in seasons, but for the modern gamer, 1999 can be considered Warframe's latest season. Its got some new story content, a new frame, and bunch of new mission types and stuff. (fortunately for those not in the know, warframe keeps all story content in the game and does not discard it like most seasonal games do, but it does mean coming in now can be a bit overwhelming with the amount of content you have)
