Edit. Thinking about it, i think that setting just turns off the 'scope' leaving normal aimed crosshair but with a crazy high zoom. IIRC there is a rubico exclusive mod called ambush optics that drops the zoom by 50% it should work with the prime version too.
Although, since I'm more of the stealthier type of player, I've got my Rubico Prime with a Hush mod' so that my Ivara can still shoot with her Prowl (i.e., her 3rd skill) and still obtain that extra damage but at the same time keeping invisible and pretty much being able to steal stuff from foes who might me wandering nearby searching for her.
Btw, the Ambush Optics is one of those anti-mod's that most likely you wouldn't want upon your weapon unless you're trying to cripple it into being more similar to a regular Riffle (in WF).
Upon tests, it looks like there is a regular hip crosshair, but snipers have massive accuracy penalty unscoped
