How to make this work in linux

Hi, I'm trying to play the game in linux using proton, and I get a message that the launcher can't be found.
Anybody knows how to fix it?

Never had issues downloading it normally and running it, just have to enable Proton first

it looks like the problem we have with steam on windows... maybe it is the same ?

What I had done was "add to my account" at the store page. What I had to do to fix it was go to the library and right click the game. Under "manage" there was an option to remove from account which I did. I then went back to the steam store page and clicked play instead of add to account which the started the actual download.

Here was the answer, and it worked:

1 - Go to your library and uninstall warframe
2 - Go to warframe's store page and click only the "Play game" button
3 - You should receive the instalation dialog and the download should proceed normally
