Why does the game always stutter?
I played the duviri update on a GTX 1080 - i7-7700K - 16GB RAM - 2TB SSD and it would constantly stutter.

Updated my system to an RTX 4080 - new mobo - R9 7950X3D - 64GB DDR5 6000mhz RAM. The game still stutters. This is basically a new system so it can't be me.

Couldn't say exactly, but I would agree that per the hardware you have listed the system should be running pretty smoothly all considered. In the past, DE sometimes introduced hitches in some updates which could terribly tank performance if some settings were enabled in the graphics and sound categories. Might be worth setting them to a low base and slowly enabling checkboxes while turning up quality sliders. For some players it used to help, even with SSD drives the weird thing was how Warframe handles its cache resources and others, it was due to their system loading faster than they could communicate over the network to server or guests. I would check the settings first and see if that helps.

do you have the gforce(i think) program running? can't remember it's name and i'm not at my pc right now but on my computer i've experienced where for some reason that would cause warframe to sorta not be the primary program running on the monitor so it limits the framerate. tabbing out and in fixes it.

DX 11, uncap your fps, or if you need to cap it do it with riva tuner

Shader compilation stutter, there's no way around it as it's directly part of the game engineering.

This is still an issue to anyone who's joining us. For me it started after 33.5 I think, maybe one or to version before that? I've done one or two of the top suggestions just from googling it. So far nothing has helped. It's so stupid. :cigarskull:

you can try lowering your ping matches for w/e reason warframes default is fairly high around 250ms which i consider unplayable also try hosting your matches.
