Keep getting disconnected from a friend

So me and my friend have gotten back into playing this game recently and it's been mostly been fun, but one thing that's been constantly happening is that I'll get disconnected from him. It only happens before and after missions, we can do any mission for as long as possible and it's fine, but trying to be in the orbiter for more than 2 minutes (hell sometimes even 10 seconds) and I just constantly get disconnected. I've tried googling, but most things are from 8 years ago so I'm hoping someone will notice and be able to help in any way.

I have had that happen in the past; there might be threads about it on the main forums; but what seemed to be the root cause back with us was essentially one player usually the host loading the game at different speeds then the guests and depending on how it worked out, players timing out. I don't figure the ee.log is giving many helpful notes about it, but try to wiggle around who is hosting, with some allies; I let them host and others I hosted. Generally, its not a matter of raw speed but rather keeping a stable speed; or at least it used to be in that case. I hope you find a solution to your experience as it can be very frustrating.

try to check 2,4gb or 5gb concection

my friend had the same issue. go into warframe launcher, go to settings, change from dx11 to dx12, also try verifying the integrity of files
