Recaptcha Failed (password reset)

I haven't played in years, I go to log in again and I forgot my password. Can't get a passwrod reset because recaptcha failed. I tried 2 browsers and I tried through my phone. Guess I won't be playing. Very cool. Fix the damn website if you actually want to retain players ffs.

EDIT: THE RECAPTCHA NEVER SHOWS UP! IT GOES STRAIGHT TO THE FAIL MESSAGE!

Yanno I recently discovered Recaptcha system actually relies on Google basically stalking your browser history to see if you're a human, and analyzing your mouse movements to see if they're movements a robot would typically make due to the flawlessness of the movements.

So if you have any privacy-boosting things in place that prevents Google stalking you or reading your mouse movement inputs, that might be why they'll forever fail.

the fail message just shows up, the actual test never comes up, silly

I don't, and also like I said I tried on my phone too, no mouse there or any weird stuff.

Mine never bothers me when logging into the WarFrame's (WF's) site[www.warframe.com]. Tbh, I don't recall which funky stuff I've done into my FireFox browser apart it's AdBlock Ultimate extension because displays a ReCaptcha logo while logging in but never actually bothers me to do a test. Odd sounding, but it's how it's working for me.

Some aggressive ad blockers or similar might be blocking the captcha in rare cases. Perhaps look into it if that is the case?

Fair enough, I wasn't trying to say that it must be the situation; just that it can sometimes be a common one. In the past; (around 2018) a stretch of players had similar issues due to VPN settings, that would be a place to check as well as the browser being used. Some users could do the challenge on Edge but not Chrome or Firefox for example. Very rarely, the users had problems with a specific device but using their phone or tablet allowed them to run the test fine. Perhaps this might be a similar issue.

I'm having the exact same issue. No ad blockers or active VPN. The test never appears. Tried on Firefox and using Edge. No test, instantly says it fails and no email comes.
