Voidrig grind and duviri have taken all the enjoyment out of this game

Ive played alot in my free time over the past 6 months acquiring a bunch of prime frames and many weapons having bought plat twice and used most of it on slots the most enjoyable part of the game is opening relics but the forced progression with systems I have no interest in is why I am stepping back.

I hate mining I hate fishing I hate duviri I just want to play warframe and shoot stuff and jump around enjoying the game. After doing so many isolation vaults I have more than enough necramech parts but cant build voidrig becauses of the mining requirements.

I know you can buy the mech but I just keep spending all my gained plat from prime sales on new slots because of the endless amount of garbage weapons that i never use but just build for mastery fodder and can not continue thru the start chart without first building a mech.

This is the breaking point for me I have lost most of my interest in the game because of being forced to do these types of missions that are tedious and the opposite of fun. Before anyone says you can get gems dropped from enemies I know that and have played countless hours doing vaults but still far short of building voidrig even though i have so many excess necramech parts.

I used to be excited to login and see what missions were available but after getting to this roadblock and seeing almost every nightwave quests is trying to force me into playing duviri experience which i also hate I just dont have the enthusiasm to play anymore.

This game is great and having an economy is one of my favorite aspects but just cant stand the tedious garbage minigames you have to slog thru to progess I dont want to waste time doing these things. I am glad they stopped giving me 50 perc off plat coupons ( only get 20 perc now) because I prob would have kept buying plat but for now this game has become too much of a chore and will most likely stop logging in daily because i see no point.

I dont need to hear about grinding I understand the game but mining fishing and duiviri are not warframe yet you have to participate and the overload of this type of content has killed my enjoyment of the game

Fate forbid devs add anything besides more "run around and shoot" to the "run around and shoot" the game already has plenty of.

If you want to conserve plat on buying slots, sell the MR fodder after you are done with it.

I dont care that these systems are in the game but you shouldnt have to be FORCED to do them its literally a parkour shooter and thats what I want to spend my time doing not playing stupid minigames

Idk man,i ok with playing a single game that have many different thing to do,not just shoot sht and turn off the game.

i take 5 hour chill and mining,and now i never had to go back mining again and Fishing is pretty addicting though.

Duviri is fun,it is so easy when team up with randos,the mission quest is easy for solo too,and you have 3 time to play as warframe inside duviri mission.

The mentality of players is insane

Like dude just because you find it fun doesnt mean other people do spending 5 hours fishing or mining seems like the biggest waste of time to me if wanted to do that I would have downloaded a different game

Nothing stops you from just not doing them. They are there for people that will want to do them, that's how content variety works.

You are not forced to do anything if you just want to keep playing the parkour shooter you signed up for. Now, if you want to get to other content you will probably also find boring, then you do need them.

Parkour and shoot 2-3 hours while you open some relics.

Sell stuff

Buy Voidrig with platinum.

Just wait until you get to Deep Archimidea and you get forced to use random warframes and weapons instead of the ones you want to use if you want the good rewards.

Every answer is the buy with plat and that is the inherent problem
the grind is so massive that the best solution is to spend money on it which wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt REQUIRED to complete the star chart

i am fine,i am just that one guy that good at dealing with small issues,mining is not fun,but because i have nothing els to do in the game,so i decide to mine resource for future use.

Just wait until you get to Deep Archimidea and you get forced to use random warframes and weapons instead of the ones you want to use if you want the good rewards.

I will never get to that point as this game has lost its appeal after reaching this brick wall
I love grinding games and have done it for years playing wow getting every class to level cap but this is the most frustrating one I have ever experienced so will only login now when i get the urge to play parkour ninja but the motivation to grind has vanished for me

Well, in theory YOU do not have to do them if you find someone willing to give you the needed gems and fish.
Maybe a clannie that enjoys the mini-games more then you? It was also changed what materials you need to craft the mechs- prior to this change, you mostly had to go to ALL open worlds to get the stuff needed; now its all from Deimos itself. And the material amount costs were halfed too...I think.
On another note: when did you get locked out of the STARCHART progression from not owning a mecha? Getting blocked from the "New War" I understand, but it in no way stops you from completing the normal star chart.

Hey Forrest Gump do you understand what the word progression means?

If I want to complete the star chart I need a necramech hence your are FORCED to do these things if you want to PROGRESS thru the game

hey hear me out,you can waste your time vent about your small issues here,or use that time to go mining finish making necramech or finish duviri quest.
