Does Secondary Dex arcane work on everything or just secondaries?

Does the +60 % damage apply to primary weapons, melee or abilities too or just secondary damage?

Just secondary, the primary arcanes are designated as "primary," with melee also having their own.

Also, if you have Dexterity on both Primary and Secondary, they'll both proc. It does add a combo counter with melee weapons though.
