Can I get my account back through steam? It's very sad right now, but it has something I like so much, and I play with my friends through this account.

I am not sure what you mean by *account number* or having your login information *scammed*, but you would have to make a support ticket directly through their Zendesk section on the official website if you did actually somehow lose access to your account, and if a password reset isn't an option. In which case, you might have to make a new account just to able make a ticket and request their assistance to have your account recovered.

Go via the Warframe website - there should be a Support / Contact option there to help with account support.

If you lost your account you may have to create a new one to send a support request. Just explain the situation and they will ask for proof etc.

As mentioned by other users, you will need to reach out to Support at https://support.warframe.com. They will be able to help you recover your account. You can create a second account to access Support, and they will verify you are the rightful owner of the original account.
