Prime Vault...?

So, returning player, it's been a long time. I'm trying to figure out if there's any planned return for the Vaulted Relics or if there's some rotation I'm having a hard time finding. Google has been unhelpful, the wiki equally so, and even here it seems to be undiscussed so I'm trying to figure out what's going on. Is the vault a permanent lock now? Or is it simply poorly-communicated when vaulted Relics will come out of hiding?

Edit: I'm not asking about the Resurgence shop, unless that will be the *only* source of Vaulted Relics going forward. I'm not a fan of how that shop works so far, especially with how the currency acquisition works.

The old Vault system is still in place. BUT there's something called "Prime Resurgence". Two warframes and their respective weapons can then be farmed for via relics.
You get a ressource known as "Aya" from wich you can buy these relics from a vendor at Maroo's at mars.
You get Aya from relic packs via standing, open world rewards or general rewards such as endless mission. Just think of the relics being swapped out for aya, sometimes.

And if you really want them you can buy them with straight up cash to get them instantly, if that is what you desire.

The rotation who will come back is I think random. The so called resurgence also last for a long time, I think 4 weeks.
But just in case, the old vaulting system still is there but rather not that aggrevating. Some primes see the light more often then others I feel like in the resurgence, but that's fine.

there was an event/update called "Prime Resurgence" about a month ago which was released for Volt and Loki Prime were also Relic/Prime Vaulted and I believe its being released on monthly basis not quite sure about that since I always miss or dont read on any events/updates so far
if your a starting player best to not stress on that much and focus on other things not unless theres a Prime frame you want to get and play with the RNG God himself

Resurgence is the Prime Vault. Instead of getting vaulted relics directly, you get Aya, a resource you trade 1-1 for vaulted relics. You get the same amount of vaulted relics you did before, you just get to choose what vaulted relic you get.
