Alternatively, and this isn't as passive, get Zenurik's first skill, Wellspring. Max that. You don't need to get Hardened, just regular Wellspring. Then, you occasionally pop out of your frame, press 1, then hop back in for +5 energy per second. If you're really desperate, this method stacks with Energy Nexus.
- Energy Nexus (mod)
- Flow (Primed/Archon)
- Arcane Energize
- Zenurik Focus School
- Abilities/mods that spawn energy orbs
- Large squad energy restore
Equilibrium is your main energy regen in that build. I'll echo that it and primed flow need to be pushed to max. If you're having endo troubles two points off from max should probably be fine.
Equilibrium isn't really intended to be used alone though. It should be partnered with companions utilizing Synth Deconstruct[warframe.fandom.com] who will generate extra HP orbs for you.
Venari can work with it fine especially if you're utilizing Swipe.[warframe.fandom.com]
Otherwise a companion using a wide range priming weapon like the Helstrum[warframe.fandom.com] can be a good pick. Extra points if the sentinel is a Dethcube utilizing Energy Generator.[warframe.fandom.com]
This may be redundant to hear, but Khora's first skill is a pseudo-exalted.
It's a fancy term, but it dumbs down to saying that the weapon will borrow a portion of stats from the equipped equivalent; in this case your melee weapon.
The stats it borrows are Crit chance, multiplier, and status chance. It'll also be affected by all the **qualifying mods on said melee. To stress it, the damage of the weapon itself more or less does not matter. A good weapon for your pseudo exalted isn't necessarily a good melee weapon to actually use.
A good stat stick will mean more kills in fewer casts. More kills in fewer casts will lead to a better energy economy.
If you have the incarnons, the Ceramic Dagger and the Magistar are some very good stat sticks for Khora and a number of other frames. You can pick them up during the appropriate week (seen here[warframe.fandom.com]) in the steel path circuit.
The magistar is technically better if you have a riven, but the ceramic dagger has initial combo with it's incarnon so it's a lot easier to play around. I much prefer the ceramic dagger.
Obviously you'd sacrifice some range (and duration with FE) with the exchange of much lower casting costs.
