OP its prob a bug, try other disruptions and see if it start counting.

I'm confused cause my Nightwave objectives don't mention Disruption missions. Unless it's a recovered weekly?

Seem others are having the same problem.

I haven't attempt the challenge yet so can't say anything concrete.

Host migration resets the challenge. So if the host gets out you get out too. Try doing the mission solo.
