prime resurgence?

how does this work?..Im newer trying to get my first prime so was wondering if this is an event of some kind?

you get aya , you buy relics , you open said relics and have a chance to get prime parts of your chosen prime you want
on top of that , open relics with other players ,you also get access to their item pool (dont forget to choose a relic of your own and get 10 reactant , otherwise you are disqualified in choosing a reward)

every few months certain prime warframes leave the vault, meaning that you can farm or buy relics for their parts, until they become unavailable again and other primes come back

Do I buy these relics from Maroon?..also are they like fissure relics?

you get them from varzia (she is in a corner and wears a dax uniform , talking about old times and stuff , behind her is a desk with bling stuff on top of it)
to find her , go past the receptionist and then to your left in maroos basar

Varzia is selling them but they should be available for farming from missions as well if I'm not mistaken

you are not mistaken , they can drop during missions quite regularily (especially defense missions commonly provide them) , another good source are syndicate relic packs (containing 3 random relics)

thats what Ive been buying because Im close to building Hyldrin(spelling) and Wisp Prime

farm aya from the open area bounties or missions in the void

thats for regal aya which is a premium currency, so real-world money.

but you get normal aya by doing bounties and missions in the void and stuff like that.

aya is free and farmable
regal aya is bought with real-world money

You don't even need to go to the relay to buy from Varzia, market in orbiter > prime resurgence from the selector on the left.

They are rotations, from time to time they release the relics of some Warframes that are vaulted so that you can acquire them with Aya and begin the tortuous process of entrusting yourself to the void so that you get what you are looking for.
