How can i make the c key a toggle instead of a press, holding an extra button while playing is driving me crazy.

thats why we need toggle mute. Open mic and push to talk are both sacrificing something. Toggle mute allows you to play without holding a button mid fight and mute when you dont need to talk

i accept it was wrongly used since 1927 but that doesnt make it right nor me ignorant to it however the abbreviation of microphone is evidently mic as there is no E or K after the I. We also thought the world was flat and gods lived in the sky but things change, keep up.

i could ring him on the phone too but it kind of defeats the point is it so hard to give a toggle or even just let me map the button to my side buttons on mouse. Its blowing my mind nobody sees this as an issue that shouldn't exist in such a game.

The number of people who use VC in this game could probably be counted on a couple hands at most. No one cares about its issues because no one has a reason to use it; most people use external VCs with better quality and options than could ever be offered inside a game.

Use something like discord. Better quality, you can talk outside of the game (for instance when game hangs/crashes), you can play sounds, share screen, screenshots. If you're with friends in game voice just sucks compared to something like discord.

yeah i had discord but it got hacked and i lost all my accounts so i don't use it now, not long recovered my warframe account. but thanks anyway.

Don't bother, it's the Warframe community, people take contrarian to the next level. Any suggestion will be met with the highest degree of opposition and next level mental gymnastics.

You could suggest an idea that solves world hunger and brings global peace for eternity yet a Warframe community member will try their hardest and perform the most insane mental gymnastics to counter it just because.
