Orokin Cells though, I think by far the easiest way to do them is wait for a Phorid Assassination to land on a planet with Orokin Cells. Phorid himself will have a 50% chance of dropping them, and for some reason Phorid missions don't have regular containers, so anything that shows on the loot radar is a resource node, meaning it has a relatively high chance of being an orokin cell patch. You can run the mission every 1-2 minutes, and if you have a resource booster at the same time, you can 60+ cells an hour.
Argon, I usually just use Limbo / Xaku with max range and use their respective 4s in each room to break all the containers nearby. I usually get at least one drop, occasionally none, sometimes several, but it rarely takes very long either way.
Only downside is if you can't find a good tile set to spawn enemies quick enough then you'll probs only get 1-2 in 15-20mins which is an oof though nekros and so on can help that somewhat
Tellurium. You only ever need it for a few things. Plenty to get from daily reward or run Railjack.
I still personally recommend Helene over Gabii for a single reason:
The entire map is one tile.
Yes, there's more enemies in Survival. Yes, there is a higher drop chance from a Dark Sector. But if you're playing on public, nobody stays to the same room and nobody actually marks cell drops.
In Helene, everyone must stay together and you cannot miss a resource drop as long as you are going around picking up loot.
