Who is your go to "tank" warframe and why?

Alot of people say his kinda obsolete but i still use Rhino Prime for all my tank missions xD Even in steel path im still jamming with him

Rhino with a proper build remain the best tank of all, you just need the proper mod investement.

secondly Revenant is my go

Lavos is tough, can heal with his 1st power. And highly adaptive element charges to deal with any enemy.

Revenant Prime's mesmer skin is ridiculous, outside of that Inaros with a finisher leech is good on top of rage, in anything outside of SP, Hildryn with Barrier and Guardian can stand in one spot and out shield regen damage inflicted on her.

Inaros. Can actually provide more room to provide utility and team support because staying alive is just set and forget instead of having to juggle half a dozen different things to do something so basic.

When doing SP Effervo runs lately, my Inaros turned out to be a better choice than my Chroma. While Chroma was more powerful, it was actually difficult to get his buffs online properly since enemies were simply dying too fast. With Inaros, I could support the team with Power Donation and then just focus on getting stuff done and helping others when needed. Ultimately the more effective option.

I don't use any specific frame to tank because every frame is tanky.

Inaros. Completely braindead, entirely unconditional, doesn't rely on energy, doesn't suffer from any boss gimmicks that randomly ignore Mesmer skin.

Second place goes to Revenant and Nidus, third to Necros. Rhino and Chroma, sadly, are barely even tanks nowadays.

Citrine or Nezha/Grendel depending on my mood But Off tanking with Citrine is my prefer go to

Nekros, Lavos, and Mag are my main choices for survivability these days.
