Nova molecular prime build?

So I just got Nova and was wondering what the best build for spamming molecular prime would be. She's the type of frame I'd use for defense missions or farming. Anyway, what's the best build to spam just that one skill. Speed build and slow build would be nice to know. She's an odd frame for me, so I don't really understand her and I'm confused. Thanks for the help!

Remember duration is how long her radius keeps expaning, range is how far the explosions from primed enemies go. I know I've had a couple friends confused by that.
