You made the key or? If you made the key you go into eris and you will see a HUGE assassination mission in the outline there. By the way, this boss is not good when it comes too solo...

Once your key is constructed you can go to Eris and hiding near the bottom of the Eris map screen near Akkad is the Assassinate Mutalist Alad V mission. Good luck and may you get the Mesa parts blueprints you need.
