If I max a weapon, sell it and then craft it again?

So, my inventory is full, I've got a bunch of older maxed weapons that I don't really plan to use that I am thinking of selling. the question is, if I sell them, and then in the future decide to craft them again, do they start at rank 1? or will they be maxed out again?

and if they do start at rank 1, if I level them back up would that contribute to my mastery level?

They start at level 1 again. Weapons only count towards mastery in the first set of 1-30 levels.

The weapons will be un-ranked when you obtain them again, will not give mastery, and will not include any catalyst or forma that may have been previously used.
