Zanuka as a pet and quest?

I think this would be an easy addition for DE to do because much of the code, animations, and, modeling already exist in game. He would be running around like a kudrow, but would both die and suffer no penalty like a sentinel, also DE could ether create a new ability mod for Zanuka and or just use the both the kubrow bite and the sentinel mods and weapons. Zanuka would be a balance between a kubrow and a sentinel with both attacks, but would be as week as any sentinel with there mods. Also a story and ready made quest for Zanuka already in the lore and part of the game "The Zanuka Project" as part of Alad V discovered a cache of sleeping Tenno.
This could be a quest that is made available after defeating Alad V and Zanuka. The quest could start with a "Spy Mission" to steel the Blueprint from Alad V and then the next step is to farm for frame parts in the same way Chroma is built, also this fits with the lore because Zanuka is built form other waframes.

Would anyone else like this addition to warframe? Is it a good or bad idea? Do you think DE would do it? and do you have any additional comments and or thoughts?

No. Zanuka is made out of dissected tenno, not just empty warframes. I don't really want half-sentient meatwagon following me anywhere. Besides, following your logic, to build "Not-Zanuka" pet we would need to hunt down and cut apart tenno, then sew them together and of course DE will never implement it.

That said, we will still soon get a new quadrupet, grineer in origin. Will it be a machine? Will it be those boar looking kubrows? We should see tomorrow.

Also DE dose have the assets to do it in a short time (If they wanted to), and this is a copy of Zanuka you wouldn't need to, wait, you could get the parts from the PVP Conclave from player kills......hmmm, and it would add something more interesting to go for in PVP, and your maybe right this is DE we are commenting about.

I could see making something similar or maybe a moa type thing, but a Zanuka as a pet is pretty dark - it would be like cutting your family members apart to try to make a cyborg dog. Just the idea alone is sort repugnant you know?

We're ruthless mercenaries that cut hundreds of Corpus civilian factory workers apart because the grineer promised to pay us 10 grand, and then we turn back on our employer and cut them down too because a Corpus manager upped the ante and offered 14 grand instead.

Besides, a dismembered frame is just that, a frame. Tenno are luminous energy if you listen to Vor and cannot be destroyed.

We are not sure what tenno are. Maybe a little box built into the head, maybe energy, maybe fleshy parasite that connects to the spine. And Vor is insane. But anyway, Zanuka as a pet would be pretty much literally this

Hah! I'll happily sacrifice 5 of my own frames if it gets me a Zanuka. It's not like I didn't have prime versions of them anyway, and the stable slots are not cheap.

A quest to re-program Zanuka, so the Lotus can then bring them onto our side as an allie (not a pet) would be rather cool.

I'm not against something like Zanuka as pet, but I don't really like that exact Zanuka being our pet. A mechanized quadruped would be dreams come true.
