I believe the max amount of trades you can do in a day, is equal to your mastery rank. It should reset whenever all the other resets are for the day, not sure what that is lol.

Trades per day are set by your mastery rank. Rank 9, nine trades per day. The limit refreshes every day.

Since I came here through search engine on top of the results with the same question, it's still relavant and noone gave a good answer here is what I found out.
The trade reset is every day at 00:00 GTM.
