Thank you for the suggestion.
but everyone has their own preferences
but this game, once it clicks, makes this mindset go away partially, as theres simply to much isht do collect and master.
abyways, excaliburs exalted weapon is something that can potentially carry him quite around, as theres no need for a "good" melee i think? but personally, with now experience from all the starters... id pick volt. the speedbuff alone will help big in almost any situation/mission.
dante is acquired late in the quest chains but is a very good all rounder(and has the benefit of scanning enemies for you) and very self-sufficient
citrine is an annoying farm but a very good all rounder frame
nezha and rhinos are both very solid weapon platforms and both can sorta be turned into nukers
Agree with this. Dante has possibly the highest *floor* of any frame. Once you get used to him he can clear the star chart easily, entirely unmodded.
That said, he's very repetitive and requires very little skill, so your friend's resulting initial impression of Warframe gameplay will be extremely skewed and not in a good way.
He's simple but durable with a great damage buff and crown control ability; he's good for a variety of missions and for a lot of the game he isn't overly reliant on mods for the early game or overwhelming.
Wukong. Hands down.
Easy to obtain. As soon as you join a clan you can buy his blueprints with credits and build him.
Easy to play. Decent survivability. Invulnerability and healing. Clones himself. Invisibility. You can use him for most things if not all and be totally fine. He's very versatile. He only lacks CC, but with the amount of overguard present in the game CC is kind of meh now anyways.
Are there better or more powerful frames? Yes. But for a beginner this frame is kind of a the entire package. Easy to get, easy to build, easy to play and very strong in nearly every type of content thrown at it.
In fact, I just did an hour arbitration with lowish mid MR player and he only died once.
