Account Suspended for 10 years despite little chat usage, no riven trading, no hacking tools

Yes, I already submitted a ticket, #3783024 if any staff with Zendesk access happen to see this. Just bummed out because I wanted to play this weekend. I wanted to know if anyone would have any idea as to why this happened, here's some info about how I play the game:

- No global/general chat usage

- Squad chat usage limited to "gg!" or "o ♥♥♥♥ lol!"

- Only "suspicious" app that I assume could be flagged while running the game is Alecaframe, well known third party app for pricing inventory, doubt it.

- No renamed weapons, only my Kubrow that I renamed "Paco" after my late dog IRL I did this rename 2 days ago, this is a common spanish nickname. Don't know if it means something else in some other language. If I got banned over renaming my Kubrow over my dead dog I don't know what to say.

- I'm a "Warlord" in a clan, I wrote the description and renamed a room. I asked my friend to check if it's still up and it is, so I assume this wasn't flagged.

- Unlikely that I had "bad plat" from an RMTer, most of my trading has been me offering plat for items, I am a relatively new player that bought 1000 plat at a 50% discount and have been trading it away slowly for convenience, basically I'm the one giving up plat to others for fairly priced items. I haven't done any Riven trading. I am paying through steam in Canadian dollars.

- MFA enabled, no signs of weird logins, unlikely I was hacked

- I played the day before I got suspended and on that day I typed two chat messages to my squad, "my weapon sucks lol" and "ggs" after a 20 mins survival. Did not AFK anything, 30% damage dealt. Other than that I did my archon hunt.

- 0 messages ever that could be seen as insensitive in my opinion, whether it be for race, gender, not even close. I've never said anything of substance in this game, again just "gg" and "lol", I have never even shared an opinion.

- No hacking tools on my computer, no cheat engine, the closest thing I have is Wireshark for my networking class. If you know what it is you know it's a long shot. It wasn't open while I was playing though.

I know it's unfair to expect such a quick response from support especially on the weekend, to be honest I'm mostly writing this as a last ditch effort as to not miss the update coming up, I also don't have much to do since I planned to just chill this weekend. Might go outside for once.

EDIT: Forgot to mention: No warnings or other bans in the past, whether from chat or the game. Perma'd off rip.

If you haven't already, then put this up in the bug report forum on the main Warframe website. DE doesn't look at Steam forums to find and resolve issues.

Thanks, was going to do that but it banned me on there too. I can make an alt, hopefully it's not against the rules
