Update failed.
It won't let me log in it keeps saying

"The content servers are Temporally unavailable.

The update will be restarted shortly..."

But it never does. I have verified and reinstalled, still won't work. But I can get on my other PC and play (that one is not a high end PC like the one I'm having issues with) so odd.
Anyone got a fix? I'd appreciate it.

I have been dealing with this problem for years now. Some things come to mind.

Use a VPN while updating.
In the top right of launcher click on settings and disable bulk download.
In the top right of launcher change the language to Chinese (3rd from bottom).
Go to the game folder and run the launcher as administrator.
Disable steam overlay. (This is less likely.)
Uninstall every version of .NET Framework and do a clean install from scratch.
Reinstall the entire game.
Last solution is to reinstall your windows.

It can either be Internet related, or software related, like your windows. I never quite understood the reason for this error over all these years that I'm playing Warframe. I've even made multiple posts in the official Warframe forums back then. But no results. So to this day I'm always playing the game with a VPN. Otherwise I can never play the game.

This might have to do with the place's Wi-Fi router location compared to both PC's you're using. I'm largely assuming that the "high end PC" that you're using isn't receiving such a strong Wi-Fi signal as the other one that you've got no issues with when playing WarFrame (WF).

To circumvent that at my house I've got my PC's Wi-Fi router directly connected into my PC through a RJ-45 cable that I've managed to be installed by my ISP (Internet Services Provider) company when they were installing the Wi-Fi router. I've made clear that I wanted a direct connection and not lose signal's strength since the router would be a division far away from the place where I'd settle up my lappie. And so far that has worked like a charm (apart I might have to eventually switch the RJ-45 phone cable category into a Cat. VII since the one that I've currently got is sort of choking the bandwidth that I've got available and it currently doesn't manage to handle all of it).
