There might also be some adjustments but unless the majority of the community (read:against the people that actually like this design) complains about it, they probably won't change it that much.
Their inspiration is probably closer to this big dude design, like Eddie Hall and cyberpsychosis David from Edgerunners. Although personally, I'd like a good middle point between this huge guy design and what's on the included prex.
That's the clothing piece connecting the hood with the waist armor thing and it depends on the animation set you're using. Put an animation that has him stand straight like the deathwatch one and the "problem" goes away.
