Volt Skin Raijin scam ?
why in the pre pic/look there is not the arm thingy on the left side but when u buy him aka going in full view on the skin u get the arm part ???? is a remove able or is it wrong highlighted ?

Try checking your attachments section of your appearance menu. Volt's arm things are selected there.
