I'd assume so, I know they've mentioned eventually getting it on consoles in line with how Wf went. Logically that'd include Steam inclusion like WF did. When that'll be? No clue.

They're doing their own launcher so they can do fast iterations without having to go through the checks of valve, sony, or xbox. It will definitely be on steam when it is ready. Maybe in Beta, but probably not during the Alpha.
