At worst, they going to complete a specific loadout like Ember with Atomos Incarnon and perform at A tier. Most of them are incredible, S tier weapons. At best, Incarnon Torid is the best primary in the game and it's not even close
Lato (Vandal) Incarnon is also a good one, especially in the Incarnon form. Although, it didn't have much ammo. It can kill almost everything with weak point hits. It can deal with a group of enemies due to its ricochet ability.
Kunai Incarnon isn't really good IMO. Maybe I didn't use them enough? Although, it should be good on paper. But due to its low ammo in Incarnon form, you don't kill that much compared to Lato Incarnon. Maybe I choose the wrong Evolution perks? I might try it again if I have time.
*I have not used Paris Incarnon yet. I might get it this week.
Edit : some typos
Have a full incarnon starter set and they can do well in late game steel path with a base excal.
Just have to understand what the underlying gimmick behind the incarnon form, where some weapons like Torid make the regular fire almost like a reload and braton/soma are more for having an alt mode, the throwing weapons like the kunai and despair are more to charge as fast as possible and dumping.
