1999 Season rewards Nerfed.

I've noticed that this seasons rewards have been nerfed, example, At the start of last season you could pick between a 3 day booster or two arcanes. but at the start of this season its a 3 day booster or a reactor, right now your forced to get one 3 day booster or anther 3 day booster.

are you sure it isn't just two random rewards from two mixed pools? why would they be the same everytime?

I'm sure. Every reward from the current season is different and worse then the first season. de clearly saw the rewards everyone was picking and decided to merge them so you would get fewer good rewards are more trash ones.

Depends on the players, reactor is kinda useless when you are sitting on say 30+ of them.

The arcanes are hands down the worst reward you can take. You can speed run capture and obtain 5 arcanes every ten minutes not that you would ever need to resort to that since you will just get most of them maxed passively just from doing the rep grind. They go for 2 to 3 plat each on WF market. A reactor is 20 and a booster is 40 plat. Then you also need to take into account time gating on ALL THE OTHER REWARDS except arcanes which are not time gated at all in any way. And lastly you can buy the arcanes for rep as well which all other rewards cant be bought for rep.

By the time you reach Hollvania, you should basically have so much mastery, that finding an unmastered weapon takes longer than three days, or just waiting on resurgence. Boosters are just a waste after like mr31.

Taking one Youtuber who started fresh, they were like MR13 by the time they reached 1999 content.

Not to mention I'm MR24, and still have long, long list of items left. If I see Reactor/Catalyst, I'm taking those.

I generally don't need reactors as an LR4 but even I need Catalysts.
