any other way to get plague zaw parts?

so i came back after 7 years in december and wanted to get into zaw crafting again
and just figured out i cant find the plague akwin grip anywhere

Aside from Plague Star, they are now available in Nights of Naberus from Daughter... sometimes. Supposedly they put them in Naberus whenever they *won't* be available from plague star, because plague star plainly won't happen that year.

per the Hotfix 37.0.4 patch notes[warframe.fandom.com]:

Added the following Plague Star rewards into Daughter’s “Naberus Treats” Offerings. With the launch of Koumei & the Five Fates and our sights on 1999 later this year, we are unable to rerun the event with our jam-packed calendar — but we want players to have access to the rewards in its absence (the same was done in 2020 and 2022).

The ""good"" news is the plague grips suck. Whenever they buffed zaw stats awhile back, DE just... forgot to do the same thing to the grips. So now high damage grips are very minorly better for burst, and much, much worse for DPS, whereas high speed grips have negligible downside while boosting status / DPS.
I can't say the same about the infested grips. But I really only use zaws for contagion these days.

As an entire zaw. The only (consistent) way to get the individual parts is plague star, or if plague star doesn't happen; nights of naberus.

i seen that the Plague Star event only happens like every 2 years .. how is that a thing??

Naberus is halloween, so it may be a while before you can get these again - but there are plenty of other new things to experiment with in the meantime
