I did like the second half though because it felt more like actual warframe
(not trolling, just curious on your perspective)
Although I purposedly had maximum default pieces upon my RailJack because made a few solo test run missions to also advance in that mode even before heading into that quest so that it wasn't too basic/new for me on how to handle it solo.
Heck, even the WarFrame that I've used was either one of my Nyx, Khora's or Garuda's. And did it with my Operator using its Cetus' default Amp, which was the hardest part of it all now that I'm assessing it more thoroughly.
These Deacons or Mister Fancy Hat as I love to call, are just Grineer Scanner in Spy mission, view them as such, at least have the leniency their detection do not instantly go to full.
I also enjoyed the VeilBreaker quest a lot'.
And I also regret that Angels of Zariman wasn't more solo friendly usually forcing you to bring you top gear, especially if you still hadn't acquired that 2nd Helminth's upgrade part nor advanced your Operator's Amp past the default one (and I'm specifically not referring to Sirocco from the Drifter).
the only thing you need to do is observe their pattern yes those floating guys rotate the same thing over and over and you can easily get through it without alarming anyone idk why people find this hard just observe and countdown their movement and thats it simple as that as if no one has ever played stealth games or added stealth in their life is basically just a common thing
