sounds like a good movie title doesn't it? lol jokes aside just wanted to know when farming this can i only get it during the Caelus mission on Uranus or is it possible to get it in submersible missions? im asking this because i REALLY hate doing Interception missions solo especially the archwing ones.

i prefer to game solo but i will put up with grouping if i have to in order to get resources.

The best place for farming tellurium from my experience is Ophelia on Uranus, which is survival.

Tellurium drops in any Uranus map that has Submersible maptiles (Archwing areas) so almost all mission nodes. You may earn them as you unlock all maptiles which is highly recommended excluding the spaceship missions. There is one Survival mission which should be good place to farm and Wolumee might be refering to just that mission node. It is especially good if you have Drop Chance booster or Loot Warframe with you such as Nekros (2nd ability), Hydroid (Requires augment mod) or Khora (Requires augment mod).

i think you can hard farm them on Neptune missions with the submersible archwing option

Oh they drop like candy in Railjack missions.
