Has anyone else experienced issues playing on the Steam Deck after the latest update?

Since the update, it's become nearly impossible to play Warframe properly on my Steam Deck.
Even after applying the officially supported controller layout as recommended by DE a few minutes ago, the game remains still unplayable.
In my case, Warframe keeps moving forward on its own even when I'm not touching any controls, and in the other option menus such as shop, the right-side scroll keeps moving downward automatically.
Other games work fine, so it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue with the Steam Deck itself.
I really don't understand why DE decided to break the Steam Deck controller settings like this.
