You can't loot gear during the mission, don't lose the gear you came in with or looted if you die and other players can't loot your gear, so no.

Personally extraction shooters by my criteria involve some level of risk. Like losing the gear you come in with and all you obtained in the mission. So for me its not in that genre, even if there is an extract and shooting. Is skyrim a puzzle game because it has a few simple puzzles in it?

Warframe doesn't even let you fail until like the 4th or 5th death, not counting revives from other players. Unless its meant to be a harder endgame mode of course, but i've never actually seen someone lose a normal mission with 4-5 revives.

Put it side-by-side with Tarkov and there's almost zero resemblance, aside from shoot gun and finish mission.

You lose nothing but your current mission's loot if you fail, not even weapons. Definitely not an extraction shooter.
