Arcane Aegis for lvl cap

Thoughts? I think it's pretty good but debating on putting an offensive arcane instead.

I'm not sure if Aegis or Barrier is the better shield arcane, but I think it's pretty much a no-brainer to run either of them for any shield-frame

Aegis is better. Barrier is almost useless compared to it.

For lvl cap? It's good to have for shield gating since it can still proc during the invuln time, which basically fills shields to max the whole buff time, but if you can manage energy and casts for full shields, it's not necessary.
