This was obviously a bug due to them allowing aura/stance being able to be switch around.
But polarity swap freedom was the best thing about the entire update :/
It was most certainly not "obviously a bug" it was an excellent QOL improvement that 100% appeared to be on purpose. Now I'm getting punished for playing missions instead of doing all weapons & frames asap :/
Really hope they go back on that & re-enable it, feels godawful.
It is indeed mentioned in their known issues thread, confirmed unintentional.
Ergo it should be back in the next hotfix, worst case the one after that.
And this is the oficial link regarding that the Exilus mod' slots had polarities swapping removed bug[forums.warframe.com].
And now I dare asking you all, is this the sort of 'high' quality updates that we, as players and many times also as customers, deserve? Even if the game is "F2P" ("Free to Play"), since WarFrame (WF) was created, Digital Extreme (DE) has since then become a multi-billion Dollars profit game developing company and with that we also must start demanding some decent quality coding (i.e., less bugs; decent Quality of Life updates; and even lessening the grind of early game respurces and time-gated requirements to also be able to maintain fidelized newer WF players enjoying it enough to keep playing and eventually also supporting the WF's development).

bro why did you write this like a corporate exec
Not that I disagree that bugs should be fixed and grinds should be lessened in every game but this over the top phrasing I feel lessens the possibility the issues will be taken seriously.
A DE employee clearly wrote this. And now that employee is showing this to his boss, insisting they shouldn't be listening to player "feedback." Surely it's all as stiff and Corpo-styled as this? It's not, but... you know.
If I were in that employee's overworked underpaid shoes, I'd deceive my boss like this, too.
Clearly you both got evidences of this and therefore I'm asking you both to provide those now.
Or else you're simply trying to pass another "hasty generalization" fallacy[en.wikipedia.org] wild claim most likely and 'clearly due to your previous high experience with corporate companies, their employees and anything similar related to those'.
And as a way simpler alternative, simply search and browse (link to post inside) for my usual posting patterns around the Steam's WF forums sections regarding similar topics (post link inside) instead of simply making wild assumptions out of that place where the Sun supposedly doesn't shine.
And now that I've easily proven that you two are simply doing an outstanding job into making yourselves pass for fools, can you please step away from my forking porch?
And just as mere humble and friendly suggestion to prevent this reprisal on future occasions ewither with me or anyone else around the Steam's forums, simply do a light post's search before even trying to post this baseless sort of utter tripe again. Mugh obliged in advance.
