Technically.
This isn't a TTRPG, none of us made Temple to have a say in any of their aspects, there isn't "their Temple" and "my Temple".
If someone built a Warframe in their foundry and said to me "my specific [warframe name] uses [pronouns] pronouns", I'd respect that headcanon.
Well, technically there is a "their Temple" and "my Temple", because my warframes might have a different build and look than those of other players.
And while none of us made Temple, it is within the rules of how the warframe world works as written by DE to say, for example, that your version of Rhino is female or your Qorvex is trans or anything else.
And yes, the writing is messy and full of holes, and this might not be as intended by DE, but the current rules are what they are, until DE rewrites them.
I'm sure there was a statement they were trying to make besides looking as strange and flashy as possible to garner media attention. But it's been so long now I'll be damned if I can remember it.
Art really is owned by the onlooker I suppose. But that's what keeps it alive really.
