Negative Platinum balance

Last time I played (months ago) I had no issue to log in, but I tried to login yesterday and I can't due to a negative platinum balance. Is this a common issue/bug?
I contacted support but got no answers so far. I never charged back any purchase so I don't get how this could happen, the total is -1847.
I'm pretty sure I had some platinum left in the account, is there another way to get into the negative than a charge back or a bug?

The only way to end up with negative balance platinum is due to doing something wrong along the line.

You listed one possibility. Charging back a platinum purchase will get you pseudo banned with a negative plat balance.
Buying Platinum from other players through 3rd party websites is another.

The big one however, might be what happened. If another player purchased platinum fraudulently or charged it back after giving it to you - they will get banned, but you will also get a negative balance: if this happens, you have to make a support ticket as they will automatically believe that you were in league with the other player.

Unfortunately their default stance to things like this is ban you first, and ask questions later.

I see, I'm surprised they are so radical about other players who traded with a banned account, I did a couple trades but I don't remember doing any big ones. I'm waiting for an answer from the support team. Thanks!
