I am not fully understanding how it works?

yellow crits hit twice.

If you hit with an attack that deals a normal critical hit (yellow damage numbers) it will deal a second hit to the enemy as if you swung your weapon twice. It does not activate if you deal a critical hit above the normal one (orange or red numbers).

Pretty good for weapons with up 20% critical chance with Blood Rush builds.

it only works on yellow crits, if you have > 100 percent crit chance it will stop working consistently, if over > 200 percent it wont work at all
