Definite yes to the first three. As for the Proboscis Cernos or Mutalist Cernos, those might have to be Coda weapons.
I'd say Hystrix to let it imbed shards in enemies then explode them all in a small-ish AoE of whatever element the specific shots were on a reload, but I feel like there's a weapon that already does that exploding gimmick that i'm just forgetting about.
Oof. The Veldt needs serious help to be more than mediocre, I agree there.
Given what's required to make it, that's fair.
Possibly. What might be more fun is the Incarnon form attaching black holes or something to the needles, dragging in nearby enemies before the needles go boom.
