How do I boot the 1999 storyline and all that content as I new player?

Is it possible at all? Or do I need to level something, just downloaded the game. Completed the tutorial as my character are in my ship. Thank you for your time

1999 isn't just new content it's the next step in the story line. You have to go through the main story to play it. Enemies are level 60-110 so you're going to have to be properly equipped as well.

If you are the new player then you can`t. Reach certain point in the game first.

You will have to pretty much get through the entire ring of planets and complete every main storyline quest to play 1999, and as Razer mentioned you can't just speedrun them, you'll have to spend some time setting up a build.

It's free. Your level doesn't matter, but you should be able to kill level 40 enemies for the story mission and level 60-110 for the stuff afterwards. It's part of the main story, so you need to complete all other story quests prior to this one.
