Scaldra WILL fight techrot and vice versa but considdering they're from different timelines I don't think we'll get crossfire missions for them (They DO appear on the same map together and can often be found fighting eachother near the entrance to the underground mall)

Their vulnerabilities have not been added to the in game damage type descriptions. But Scaldra are vulnerable to corrosive and Techrot are vulnerable to gas.
