Help My account is gone?

I was stop playing Feb/2023 and i want to play again but i cant login account i go to forgot password for reset and type my email but it say Unknown account what should i do? and How to contact DE with this case?

If you registered through the website, use the email you used to registered there and login still through the website to check everything is fine, then use that to login through the game. Steam may be forcing you to use a different email that may not have the game connected to it, actually.

i use account from website before can use with steam and i cant login on website too that why i need help because support not have Recovery options for inquiries with the DE

try to make another account and contact the support, name some detailes about your account (eg quests you have completed, friends you have, if you bought something maybe some detailes about the transactions) things only the owner of the account knows.

As the above user said, you have to contact support. It is very likely someone got in there and changed your email.

If you still have any email messages from Warframe in that email account you used try looking for them so you have further proof of having created the Warframe account with that email.

Also, enable Two Factor Authentication in the future (after this is solved) - this requires any changes to your account to be validated by your email first.

if you have password registery set on , to your web browser , especially with google chrome , you can go to parameter , find the password list .

I tried this, and I have the same problem as OP, my account is gone, but I have screenshots in my library to prove it. I made another account to message the DEs and they were useless. One was telling me that I had to log into the old account. He doesn't understand how can I log into it when its not linked anymore into my steam account. it's floating somewhere in their server/ got lost when they made a decision to separate warframe from steam. I kinda gave up trying to get into my old account.

every account need to log every 364 days tops or your account is suspended. Like the others said before me, create a new account, and join the support, they will reactivate your account with a two weeks delay to process the ticket.
