My thoughts about the "1999" Update
Before I start giving my thoughts about the update, remember that's the point of view of an individual whose purpose is to share some of the nuances found in the Update with the community. WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!

First of all, DE told the community that the KIM System would be completely optional, which turned out to be a LIE when it dropped, the player was not only forced to join the KIM at each Reputation Rank Up but also to get the "Alternate Finale" and Rank 4, you need to achieve the status "Liked" by all the Hex members (according to my experience and the Wikia, just read the "Chemistry"[warframe.fandom.com] Section). If you are in doubt about their statement, just check Devstream 183, the timestamp is 46:20.

You can also check this forum's link to see for yourself: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1428378-romance-system-is-not-optional-if-you-want-to-rank-up-the-hex/

I've noticed that since the "New War", the game's lore has been diverted from its original theme (the Operator's development from "just a child" to a "Warrior") to the "Power of Friendship Love", where "to defeat the imminent threat (The Indifference), we must show the love that blossoms in our hearts, that will defeat all the Evil". I've noticed it since the game went under "new direction".

The "1999" Update was hyped so much by the Devs in that "train section" in the "Whispers In The Wall" Update, and when they delivered the "1999" Update, I found that there was only a one-hour quest while the rest of the Update is merely side content that bears no relevance to the game. To think that DE said it would be "the Warframe's biggest Update Ever", the ARG they did was much more enjoyable than the Update it was promoting.

It's shameful that the community waited almost 2 years for an "overhyped" update whose 90% of it is merely side content, as far as I'm concerned, people open Warframe to play Warframe, and not "Caliber Chicks".

I agree. It's not so bad. Faceframe is the new thing. All the kids like it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I hate Warframe, but rather the new path that it is making. The community was promised one thing, and Warframe's Creative Director didn't deliver it at all, my goal is also to inform people that they were lied to when it comes to all the hyped DE was making upon it.

I have never seen any corpo being honest.
So consider you goal completed.

Thanks for trying to remind me that propaganda exists, very helpful, much thanks.

1. You can raise their chemistry by just doing the missions, then one tap the Hex when you've reached the next rank. Talking through the KIM just makes it easier and fills out the '99 lore.

To accuse someone of lying, you'll need proof of their malicious intent - game development changes, and they split the update up at the last second.

2. Emotions - the great weapon against The Indifference - is the whole backstory of the Drifter spawning from Duviri.

The Holdfasts and The Hex, are the only two factions that can traverse the Void/Great Indifference/TAU.

" The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.
The opposite of art is not ugliness, it's indifference.
The opposite of faith is not heresy, it's indifference.
And the opposite of life is not death, it's indifference. "

Would you kindly read my topic and analyze the links I have provided as proof in a critical point of view? It's sad to see people trying to answer me without even reading it.

1. You cannot, take this Link[warframe.fandom.com] directly from the Wikia and read the "Chemistry" Section. You are forced to talk to them wether you want it or not.

Do you want proof? Check Devstream 183, the timestamp is 46:20. You can clearly hear Rebbeca saying that "you don't have to do it (Interact with the chat) at all. Which again according to the Wikia[warframe.fandom.com], and this Forum's topic[forums.warframe.com] enforces my statement.

You need to do, at least, the initial interaction with each Hex member through the KIM, and if you don't do it, you won't gain "Chemistry" through the Bounties. Which shows that the KIM is mandatory.

2. If you played "The New War", and payed attention to Quinn's dialogs, you would know that he is a paradox born from the Void, the "version" that didn't get "saved" in the Zariman's sabotage incident.

I know you wanna sound "cool" and "intellectual" by quoting someone else's quote, but let me show you how it really works:

"The opposite of love is hate.
The opposite of art is ugliness.
The opposite of faith is heresy.
And the opposite of life is death."

Listen, I don't wanna sound rude, but you should start improving your vocabulary, it looks like I am talking to 10 year-old child who just found out about the internet. If you have problems with grammar, I advice you to use "Grammarly", it will help you improve your grammar and speaking skills.

By the way, if you didn't get the bigger picture, try getting an older person to interpret what I am talking about, You will se what I mean.
so...your telling me that season 1-10 of lost is better lore than breaking bad? yea no.

how does one not be excited for abandon vessel unless they don't understand the abandon vessel?
