Click on faces to fill the incarnon charge (the lower part of your crosshair).
Hit alt fire whenever you want to transform the gun.
Incarnon charge is now used as ammo, gun will stay transformed until you run out of ammo or hit alt fire again (also depletes the bar).
Honestly incarnon weapons are not worth using because they deplete their charge so quickly. That's why literally NOBODY use them. They seriously need a big buff.
Only one worth using is the melee (Praedos) because you charge it one time at the beginning of a mission and then it doesn't use any charge and stays up.
But even Praedos is a worse Kronen Prime so not even worth the hassle.
Shoot things in the head.
Repeat until bar is full.
Alt fire to activate incarnon mode, changing stats and using charge instead of a magazine.
For melees;
Hit things to build combo
Heavy attack at 5x combo to activate incarnon mode for buffed stats.
Incarnon mode lasts a set duration.
For specific incarnon weapons (Info available through testing or on the wiki, not in-game);
The Lateum gains 18 charges per headshot, capping out at 216.
The Phenmor gains 34 charges per headshot, capping out at 408.
The Felarx gains 2 charges per headshot, capping out at 60.
The Praedos and Innodem both evolve after a 5x combo heavy attack, lasting 90s.
In general;
Multishot lets you build charge from headshots faster.
Incarnon mode doesn't seem to be extended by any mods.
Reload speed boosts make swapping to/from incarnon form faster
The last tier of evolution on incarnon weapons generally make them exceptionally powerful.
I see plenty of people using Laetum and Phenmor, and unrolled laetum rivens with trash stats average a few hundred plat each.
They are not really good in their normal form or at least I either modded them completely wrong or doing something stupid.
The damage at high end level 100+ mobs is meh.
And until the meter is filled most mobs are already dead by other people or killing you.
So in conclusion right now those weapons are not feasable. Their gimmick might be fun to unlock and play with but on a daily basis their are too much effort to get to a point they do good damage.
I dont know.
I must test them for a couple more hours to be sure about what I said but I am still underwhelmed at the moment by them.
Ok headshots. They need to be headshots! Lets see if that makes a noticeable difference.
Im aware how old this is but if someone stumbles upon this searching for help this is wrong
Torid
Ceramic Dagger
Felarx
Laetum
Latron
Furis
arguably some of the best weapons in the game and are all incarnons (cant rememebr if daggers actually good or still a stat stick but people run it a lot)
Tips:
If you need to do lots of headshots to fulfill the condition. Using powers that slow or locking the enemy in place made it easier (condemn, gloom, molecular prime, etc...).
How I use my incarnon weapons:
Most of my missions nowadays doesn't require any incarnon weapon so I'll just go with any working normal gears.
Do you keep the base weapon with all the forma upgrades if you incarnon it?
Forma'd a Braton, Soma, and Boltor Prime a few years back before a very long break, and when I came back and got the incarnons, had to redo some to properly fit builds :P
Even without using the incarnon form, there are stat upgrades to the base form that makes them superior.
