I did suggest we can craft "language translator" in-game for these two jargons ... however, that suggestion was trolled down by a lot of people here with "google it" and "wiki it" et al etc. Fact is, those google and wiki do NOT "translate" these jargons ... they merely offer some phrases in text and some display of alphabets.
I doubt players can actually "learn" to understand the speech just by looking at those "phrases" in text ... which can very likely be mistaken as each person can "hear differently". Also, because it is confirmed that the Grineer and Corpus does call-out their "combat tactics" and "movements" ... knowing what they say can actually improve one's combat against them.
However, from what I received ... I suggest you don't bother ... you'll just get trolled.

Its pretty easy to learn, their phrases are actually pretty easy to hear and understand, unlike HL2,where despite the enemies speaking English, nobody can understand what they say.
Sure~~
Damn you Tenno.
???
Okay.Okay.
Are you sure you are hearing the Corpus lines correctly? They should be very close to English, only with a weird pronunciation.
I am sure I heard them correctly.
