just one question probably many have wondered, but does hysteria(4th ability) scale of your melee weapon ?

Maybe that question is in too good English for me to understand but do you mean something like this "Hysteria - All attacks deal 300 base damage + 125% / 140% / 160% / 175% of your melee weapon's normal attack damage. "

Yes it does scale with your melee-weapon. Stats like raw damage, crit-damage and crit-rate are taken from your melee-weapon and incorporated into hysteria, and even mods in your melee-weapons that affect damage, crit-damage and crit-rate, elementals however aren't.
