I still can't edit my railjack without being in a clan?

I play this game on and off because of life and the fact that wf is getting boring for me.
I could take a break from this game for months and play only for a few weeks before I get bored again, I can't commit to be in a clan because of that.

Not to "every" relay, to be pricise. Only the Tier 1 relay on Mercury doesn't have a drydock.

The Dry Dock only appears in Kronia, Saturn; Leonov, Europa; Kuiper, Eris; and Orcus, Pluto.

My bad. Though from this list seems Strata Relay on Earth also doesn't have it. So that leaves Saturn and Pluto on PC.

From what the update description said, yes. I never did it without a clan so can't say myself.

Public dry docks only allow you to land your railjack and configure it. There is no research terminal you can use to get better gear or even start on getting a railjack.

You can make the railjack at relay. I made my railjack at kronia relay, and it seems to point there by default during rising tide, not clan dry dock. As for the research the only thing important there is the artilerry and maybe the engine, so you won't miss out too much.

You can make a solo clan. It doesn't cost a lot in resources.

Two Forma for reactors, one for a X-corridor to build them on, a Forma for the dry dock, plus a bunch of common materials. Add a forma for a trading post and you're set.

It takes about a week and you never have to worry about keeping up with clan demands.

i would like to stress this as well.
making a solo clan is entirely possible, and i would say even recommended instead of not being in any clan.
i should know, because i made my own as well.
it is a nice gameplay element to tinker with (and unlock research from).

Then how did you build Cy to start the quest? Before you'd get the blueprint from the research terminal.

When not in a clan, you're supposedly able to purchase Cy's blueprint from the market.
That's what the mission brief said for my friend today, when he started on the quest, even though he is in a clan.
