GeForce Experience not detecting the game's config.
For some reason the app is not detecting the configuration I have in the game. It has always worked fine for me, but I just recently returned to the game after one year and I tried to improve the graphics a bit using the Nvidia app, to find it didn't detect the game after closing and making changes to the configuration.

To be sure I tested other games and it worked fine, it just doesn't detect Warframe.

I have the same issue, and wanted to know if anyone has found a fix so I don't have to dive into it

Never spent time on it, sorry. I had hoped they'd figured it out and fixed it by now.

That's odd. GFE finds the settings just fine for me:

Mine's still fk'ed up, I guess it may have something to do with the hardware. I play on a laptop with a GTX 1660 TI Max-Q.

I just hope next time I upgrade my laptop or get my hands on a decent PC, the issue stops. I got fps drops today around 30-40 fps, when I usually get over 80 easily.

If u try to optimize using gfe the game will not work because DE removed dx10 from the game and now only works on dx 11 and 12 now but gfe will try to force the use of dx 10 and this will freeze the game in a black screen so its a bad idea trying this.

Honestly, I would not use the optimize in GFE for this game anyway. Too many of the settings are very subjective options rather than necessarily big performance hits (bloom amount, DoF, Motion blur, etc.)

Your best bet for high FPS is to ensure you're using the classic engine in DX11 mode in the launcher and then load into an easy mission and test presets in-game until you get your desired FPS at your desired resolution. And then maybe fine tune them further if you need to for personal preference.

Look i have laptop with ryzen 7 5800hs and rtx 3070 and i have 160 fps when i play alone, but if i play with my friends, oh man, i have drops to 50 fps even in 1080p with low graphics preset
this game needs some optimization

just change the graphics yourself. who on earth uses gfe to change the settings in game?
GFE doesn't give you more frames or anything, it Simpy just changes the available graphics settings in game.

TIp
Shadows
Reflections
Particle effects

they're the big hitters on frames in this game

Yesterday I updated the Geforce drivers and god it was awful, I got drops from 120 fps to 30-40 while in the orbiter, not even while playing a mission.

I've always played with the same settings (med-high, not ultra) and got a fairly good experience so far, but the latest updates have done something to the settings and for some reason the same setting is not working as good as before.
